Participate in the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) Survey!

It’s official! The Disciple Maker Index (DMI) Survey is open and we need your help! 

Please help by completing the 10-15 minute survey on your smart phone, tablet, or computer as soon as possible.   

The survey will only be available until March 1 and will ask you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and enable you to provide feedback on our parish’s efforts to help you grow.  All responses will be confidential and the parish will only receive information about the community as whole.  

We are trying to get the highest response rate possible.  This information will be valuable to Fr. Joseph, our parish leadership, and Archbishop Hebda.  We will receive the results this spring, at which time we will share what we have learned. 

(Paper copies of the DMI Survey are available in the parish office as needed; however, it is much more efficient to enter the information online, so if you can, please complete it electronically.)
