What you can expect at a Sunday Mass:
Our parish tries to live out the Second Vatican Council's teachings on the liturgy as "the source and summit" of the Church's life and mission. Masses are prepared and celebrated with great care, especially drawing upon the Church's rich treasury of sacred music.
The "smells and bells" of the Catholic Church are definitely present in continuity with the 2,000 year old tradition of Christian worship. Incense, beautiful vestments, Gregorian chant, and Renaissance polyphony are just some of the ways that we express the incarnational aspect of our worship. We honor the real presence of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist by giving Him the very best that we can offer!We hope you'll join us!
