The purpose of the Traveling Chalice Program is to encourage families to pray and promote vocations to the Priesthood and Religious Life. The Chalice is a tangible reminder of this special intention for the Church.
The Second Vatican Council highlights the responsibility of the laity to pray for and support vocations. This urgent call has been strongly affirmed in the writings and addresses of both Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI.  

• If you/your family would like to participate in this program, please sign up below to take the chalice and materials home for one week.
• Pick up the Traveling Chalice kit from the sacristy AFTER 9am Sunday Mass.
• Each day that week, gather around the chalice, discuss religious vocations and pray for holy vocations for our parish and diocese. Check out the suggested activities in the notebook.
• Return the Traveling Chalice kit to the sacristy the following week BEFORE the weekend 9am Mass you indicated when you signed up.
